Occupied by F. Falkiner in 1837 and described by the Ordnance Survey Name Books as "the commodious residence of Nicholas Biddulph" in 1840. It was still occupied by him at the time of Griffith's Valuation when the house was valued at £20. Nicholas Biddulph was still resident in the mid 1870s when he is recorded as owning 74 acres in county Tipperary. A building is still located at this site.
