Beech Hill was built in the mid to late 18th century. In 1786 Wilson mentions it as the seat of Mr. Mahon. In 1814 Beech Hill was the residence of Bernard Mahon. It was offered for sale by the Mahons in 1851 and it was owned at the time of Griffith's Valuation by Edward C. Villiers and was valued at £26. In 1906 Beech Hill House was still valued at £26. It is now in ruins.
