Home of the McAdam family in the 19th century before they moved to live in Sussex. The house was valued at £16 in the mid 19th century and was the residence of Philip McAdam. In 1894 Slater refers to it as the residence of Mrs. Caswell. Also known as Springhill House, it is now demolished.
